Tim is a barrister practicing civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance, health care, professional liability, and personal injury. He has conducted several trials and has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia and at a provincial Commission of Inquiry.
After completing his articles with Guild Yule, Tim regularly appeared in court as provincial Crown Counsel, and latterly as an associate at Peck and Company in Vancouver. He returned to Guild Yule in 2009.
