David practices general insurance defence litigation with an emphasis on the defence of hospitals and school boards in negligence claims. He has experience attending as counsel before the British Columbia Supreme Court, Court of Appeal,
the BC Human Rights Tribunal and regularly defends property damage claims and personal injury claims.
