Laura has a great deal of experience in educational malpractice claims, defending school boards and teachers, and appears frequently as counsel before the Human Rights Tribunal on matters concerning educational funding, access and policy. She also defends hospitals and nursing staff in medical malpractice claims. She acts for a number of insurers defending personal injury claims, product liability and property damage claims as well as providing insurance coverage advice.
