Stacey practices general insurance defence litigation, including the defence of health authorities, educational institutions, municipalities, professionals and businesses. Her practice includes property damage, personal injury, occupiers’ liability and product liability matters. Stacey also has experience in assisting clients with protecting and enforcing copyright and trade-mark rights including licensing and litigation. Stacey has represented clients before the Provincial and Superior Courts of British Columbia as well as before the Federal Court of Canada.

Stacey has written a number of published articles related to research she conducted in the scientific and legal fields, and has presented on these subjects at a variety of conferences. Stacey is a provincial level figure skating judge with Skate Canada. She enjoys participating in community theatre and dance productions. Stacey has performed in the Lawyer Show, an annual fundraiser for the Arts Club Theatre Company and Touchstone Theatre, for the past three years.
