Tony Saunders presented a paper on the
new IBC Advertising Injury wording to the Canadian Defence
Lawyers Conference, “The CGL Policy in 2005”,
held at the Ontario Bar Association Conference Centre in
Toronto, April 7, 2005. Tony’s paper will also be
presented at an upcoming joint conference of the Insurance
Bureau of Canada and the Insurance Institute of Ontario.
