Edward holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University where he received dean’s course awards in Advanced Torts and Corporate Governance. While completing his law degree, he assisted with designing and delivering a lecture module on Builders’ Liens. Edward also holds a B.A.(Honours) in Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in law. Edward returned to Guild Yule after completing summer articles with the firm.
Prior to articling at Guild Yule, Edward worked as a paralegal and also provided litigation support in a variety of areas including commercial litigation and arbitration, construction, and class actions.
Edward has worked professionally as a software developer, and has designed and implemented database management systems. He has used his IT background for the purposes of e-discovery and large document productions.
