Jason has experience in the area of general commercial and insurance defence litigation, including the defence of municipalities, educational institutions, health authorities, professionals, and businesses. He has assisted in defending professional liability, personal injury, negligence, property damage, construction litigation, medical malpractice, and Human Rights claims. His areas of interest include professional liability, personal injury, and Human Rights.
Jason joined Guild Yule LLP in 2017 after earning his Juris Doctor at Dalhousie University. During law school, Jason served as the Director of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service, where he defended students charged with Academic offences and breaches of the Student Code of Conduct. He also spent a semester working at the Dalhousie Legal Aid Service, where he represented clients in criminal, family, and administrative law matters.
