Biography

Mimi is a civil litigator and practices in the area of general insurance defence, including the defence of health authorities, educational institutions, professionals and businesses. Her practice includes medical malpractice, professional liability, personal injury, property damage and occupier’s liability matters. Mimi also provides coverage advice to insurers.
Mimi has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.

Mimi joined Guild Yule LLP as an Articling Student in 2012 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2013.
