Roger practices in the areas of commercial, construction, and insurance defence litigation.
He also has experience in subrogated claims, transportation law, maritime law, and property loss.
He has represented clients at all levels of Court in British Columbia, and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution
strategies including mediation and negotiated settlements.
Prior to law school, Roger worked extensively in international air and ocean logistics. Following law school, he interned at an external agency of the World Bank in Washington, DC, and worked for Access Pro Bono prior to articling at a national firm in Vancouver.
Roger was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2016.
