Biography
Alberts joined Guild Yule LLP in 2023 as an articled student with an anticipated call to the BC Bar in August 2023. Prior to joining Guild Yule, Alberts practiced as a barrister in South Africa, specializing in civil litigation, where he enjoyed a diverse practice in commercial, property, tax, banking/credit, insurance, contract and personal injury litigation. Alberts has garnered over a decade of litigation experience, representing clients in the Lower Courts, High Courts and Appeal Courts of South Africa.
