Biography
Ambi Perhar joined Guild Yule in 2023 as a Corporate Paralegal.
Ambi is responsible for managing annual maintenance of the firm’s B.C. and Federal corporations, societies and extra-provincial registrations. She provides a supportive role in the preparation of corporate documentation for B.C. and Federal entities, including incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions, continuations, restorations and name changes.
Ambi also has experience assisting with drafting documentation for complex corporate transactions including alterations to share structures and articles, share transfers and subscriptions, dividend declarations, share redemptions and tax-driven transactions.
Ambi is currently enrolled in the Paralegal Certificate program at Vancouver Career College.
Outside of work, Ambi enjoys working out, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
