Biography
Emily has a general civil litigation practice that includes insurance defence, commercial disputes, administrative law, employment and human rights matters.
Prior to joining Guild Yule LLP, Emily practiced civil litigation at a mid-sized firm in downtown Vancouver. Emily represented individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil matters, particularly in the areas of commercial litigation, professional negligence and administrative law.
Emily has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including as sole trial counsel in B.C. Supreme Court.
Emily enjoys a variety of sports and was a varsity rower during university.
