Biography
Manpreet joined Guild Yule LLP in 2022 as a Commercial Lending & Conveyancing Paralegal with the firm’s Corporate and Commercial group. Manpreet assists in all aspects of secured commercial lending and both commercial and residential conveyancing transactions including conducting and reviewing due diligence searches, drafting all necessary security documents, attending to registrations and reporting to clients throughout.
Prior to joining Guild Yule, Manpreet worked as a law clerk in a law firm in Mississauga, Ontario and as a residential conveyancer in Surrey, BC. Manpreet is a graduate of the Legal Assistant Diploma Program from Sprott Shaw College and has been working in real estate law since 2014.
Manpreet enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
