Chris joined Guild Yule as a summer articled student in 2019 before completing his Juris Doctor at the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2020. Prior to attending law school, Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics at the University of British Columbia.
During law school, Chris worked as a clinician in the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program, where he represented low-income individuals in the BC Provincial Court on criminal matters, the Employment Standards Tribunal, and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Chris also spent two semesters with the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic where he advised the BC Attorney General on whistleblower protection laws, and presented draft legislation to the Canadian All-Party Parliamentary Group to End Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. These experiences fostered his passion for advocacy and conflict resolution, both of which he brings forward into his legal career.
Outside of law, Chris enjoys golfing and snowboarding.
