Chiasson v. Intact Insurance Co

In Chiasson v. Intact Insurance Co, 2020 NBCA 37, the New Brunswick Court of Appeal considered the issue of the duty to defend in a situation where the underwriting on the French version of an insurance policy provided a broader scope of coverage than the English version of the same insurance policy for claims arising from bodily injury or property damage.
