Biography
Noah is an Associate Lawyer at Guild Yule LLP, specializing in general commercial litigation. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria, and has a diverse practice including corporate, construction, and insurance disputes, as well as class action proceedings.
Before joining Guild Yule, Noah gained valuable experience at a prominent municipal law firm, representing local government clients in various litigation matters. He has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and multiple tribunals.
Noah is deeply committed to community service, regularly volunteering with Access Pro Bono to provide summary legal advice to clients of limited means. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Victoria, where he also competed with the Vikes rowing team. During Noah’s undergraduate summers, he worked as a Wildfire Fighter with the BC Wildfire Service, later transitioning to the Wildfire Risk, Claims, and Litigation Team, where he helped compensate claimants affected by fire control measures during some of British Columbia’s most challenging wildfire seasons.
