Case update on use of Predictive Coding software in e-Discovery

In an ever-increasing number of cases, courts have seen fit to order the use of predictive coding software to determine the relevance of documents to be disclosed in cases involving high-volume eDiscovery in lieu of manual review by counsel.  In the attached paper, Alexander DC Kask analyzes case law regarding this topic since the 2012 US Federal Court ruling in Da Silva Moore v.
