Megan practices general insurance defence litigation, with a focus on human rights, employment, and medical negligence claims. She regularly represents health authorities, educational institutions and businesses. Megan has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia as well as before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal.
Megan joined Guild Yule LLP as an associate in May 2025. Prior to joining Guild Yule LLP, she practiced insurance defence at a litigation firm in Victoria. While attending law school in Ontario, Megan volunteered as a case worker and intake support worker at Community Legal Aid, a clinic that offers legal services to low-income and vulnerable members of the community. She also worked as a Research Assistant in migrant law and volunteered as an English and Spanish translator assisting refugee claimants at medical appointments.
Outside of law, Megan enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and snowboarding on the North Shore mountains.
