Covid-19 Related Measures Act – resumption of the running of time on March 26, 2021

As noted in our earlier Briefing Notes on the topic, previously the expiration of the suspension of limitation periods was tied to that of the Provincial state of emergency. By an Order in Council made late last month, the suspension of limitation periods will now end on March 25, 2021. This briefing note provides some further information.
