Biography
James received his JD from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law in 2022, having completed his first year at the University of Saskatchewan College of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from Dalhousie University in 2013, with a focus on classical philosophy and religious studies. James joined Guild Yule LLP in 2021 as a summer articled student, and completed his articles in 2023.
Prior to Law School, James was an accountant at a boutique tax firm. Following his undergraduate degree, James pursued a career as a professional road cyclist, racing at the category 1/2 level in Canada and the United States.
