Andrew joined Guild Yule LLP after completing his articles with the firm. He is developing a civil litigation practice with a particular interest in commercial litigation, construction disputes and defects, product liability, and employment claims.
He received his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie University’s Schulich School of Law. He gained early admission into law school after finishing three years of his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in a variety of roles within the public and private sector, including for all three levels of government and a provincial professional regulator.
During law school, he served on the executive of the Dalhousie Law Students’ Society, the Dalhousie Sports Committee, and the Domus Legis Society. He also sat on the board of directors for the 2025 Canada Law Students Games, which brought over 300 students from across Canada to Halifax. He was elected Class Officer for the Class of 2025 and looks back on his time in Halifax fondly. He currently sits on the board of directors of CityHive Vancouver, a non-profit organization aimed at increasing youth participation in civic processes.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing sports with his friends and spending time at his family’s cabin in the Robson Valley.
