We regularly represent individuals, businesses, government entities and institutional clients in diverse matters before tribunals and administrative bodies, including the BC Human Rights Tribunal and the Civil Resolution Tribunal.

We have an active practice providing advice on professional practice issues and defending professionals in relation to proceedings involving their professional regulatory authorities such as the BC College of Oral Health Professionals, the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC and many others. We also represent clients in judicial review applications arising from decisions of those tribunals and administrative bodies.

We provide assistance and representation for clients involved in varied Coronial investigations and regularly appear as counsel at Inquests.
