Professional Liability

We have an active practice defending professional liability claims.  The professions we represent include lawyers, school boards, teachers, colleges, hospitals, nurses, dentists, physiotherapists and other health practitioners, architects, engineers and accountants. We appear before courts and administrative tribunals on behalf of our clients, and provide advice regularly on professional practice issues.
