Davin is an associate developing a broad civil litigation practice. His areas of practice cover constitutional and administrative law, personal injury, class actions, and human rights matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
Davin received his Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2023, with a specialization in law and social justice. Before joining Guild Yule LLP, Davin completed his articles and practiced with the BC Ministry of Attorney General. During law school, Davin was a clinician with the International Justice and Human Rights Clinic, where he worked as part of the clinic’s anti-corruption team.
Outside of the office, Davin is a w*acker, and he performs and battles in the Vancouver street dance scene.
