In this increasingly litigious area, we have represented public and private school boards, colleges and their employees throughout the Province for decades. We are regularly retained to act on matters involving claims of educational malpractice, professional negligence, occupiers’ liability, sports and classroom injuries, bullying and harassment, residential school claims, and claims arising from field trips and shop classes. In addition, we also defend school boards which have been sued for vicarious liability arising out of alleged sexual misconduct of employees.
