Natasha is an experienced civil litigator with a general litigation practice. She represents health authorities, educational institutions, businesses, municipalities, and insurers in a range of complex disputes. Her practice includes professional liability, health law, human rights, personal injury, investigations, class actions, and other civil and administrative matters.
Natasha has appeared before several administrative tribunals as well as all levels of court in British Columbia, including as trial and appellate counsel. She also has experience assisting professionals in regulatory matters.
Outside of law, Natasha spends time with her husband and young son. She also enjoys designing custom mugs for friends and family, having developed an expansive definition of what constitutes a mug-worthy milestone.
