We are excited to announce that Dean Winterton has joined the partnership, effective January 1, 2024.
Before his call to the British Columbia bar in 2018, Dean received his LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2008 and practiced as an Attorney/Solicitor of the High Court of South Africa for three years and as an Advocate/Barrister of the High Court of South Africa for three years.
Dean has been with Guild Yule LLP since 2018. He is a civil litigator with a broad practice. He has defended clients at all levels of the BC Courts in medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance and personal injury.
Our clients have benefited greatly over the years from Dean’s skill and proficiency built on his previous experience and ability to handle complicated and demanding files, and we are made even better through his addition to the partnership. On behalf of the entire firm, congratulations Dean!
