Guild Yule is pleased to announce that Jordan Bank has joined the partnership.

Jordan obtained his JD from the University of British Columbia and subsequently worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the BC Supreme Court, where he gained invaluable insight into the judicial process and litigation generally. After clerking, he joined Guild Yule as an associate in 2013. Since then, he has developed a broad civil litigation practice defending clients in personal injury, medical malpractice and professional negligence claims as well as in class actions and commercial disputes. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia as well as before the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal and at Coroner’s inquests and is called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta. Jordan is also an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia where he teaches the Insurance Law course to second and third year law students.
