Biography
Eve has a general litigation practice focusing on the defence of professionals, institutions and businesses. Her areas of practice cover administrative law, personal injury, and employment and human rights matters. She regularly represents clients at mediations, chambers applications and other legal proceedings, and has experience in workplace-related investigations. Eve has advocated and achieved successful results for her clients at all levels of court in BC, as well as the BC Human Rights Tribunal and other administrative bodies.
Eve is a hiker and a runner and loves being outdoors. In 2024, Eve took a leave from her practice to backpack the Pacific Crest Trail, a 4,265-kilometre trek across the United States from Mexico to Canada, and returned to Guild Yule shortly thereafter to continue her practice.
